• MBI18 employees, their immediate family members, and MBI18 business partners are not permitted to register or play on this platform.
• You must use an active Malaysian phone number and a reachable personal email address for account verification and support purposes.

MBI18 takes any attempt to abuse the platform, manipulate systems, or commit fraud very seriously. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, freezing of funds, and potential legal action:

• Multiple account registrations by the same individual or in coordination with others to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.

You may close your MBI18 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before the closure is processed, please ensure all active bets have been settled and all eligible balances have been withdrawn.

MBI18 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system exploitation.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Self-Exclusion requests submitted by users for responsible gambling purposes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in MBI18's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be resolved in accordance with the procedures set out by the regulatory body that issued MBI18's licence.

MBI18 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or business disruption. MBI18's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed removed from this agreement without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
